Dear Associations and Institutions,                                                                                                              

Celebration 2026, the annual gathering of Pacific Southwest Conference churches and associations, will be hosted by Midtown Covenant Church, April 23 - 25, 2026.

The “Church Gathering” will be Friday 5 pm – Saturday 1 pm.  This includes Friday dinner, evening worship and Saturday programming. On Saturday morning at 8 am, one Pre-Session for lay leaders will be offered. The 123rd PSWC Annual Meeting will follow at 9 am.

The Annual Meeting is the highest constituted authority for the conference, its member churches and institutions. Decisions made at this gathering, including this year’s Superintendent election, give direction and momentum to our common ministry. I encourage you to select delegates who will participate in this important time as an expression of our partnership in the gospel.  Others are also welcome to attend as general conferees.

The PSWC constitution states:

Each association recognized by the Conference shall be entitled to one delegate. Each affiliated corporation and institution shall be entitled to one delegate.

After selecting delegates:

(1) Please ask them to register for Celebration (pswcevents.org) and arrange their travel and lodging.

(2) Please complete this form to authorize delegates. All names of delegates representing your organization must be listed.
