Celebration 2026, the annual gathering of Pacific Southwest Conference churches, will be hosted by University Covenant Church, Davis, April 23 - 25, 2026.

The Church Gathering will be Friday 5 pm – Saturday 1 pm.  This includes Friday dinner, evening worship and Saturday programming. On Saturday at 8 am, one Pre-Session will be offered. The 123rd PSWC Annual Meeting will follow at 9 am on Saturday.

The Annual Meeting is the highest constituted authority for the conference, its member churches and its institutions. Decisions made at this gathering, including this year’s Superintendent election, give direction and momentum to our common ministry. I encourage you to select delegates who will participate in this important time as an expression of our partnership in the gospel. You are also encouraged to pay the expenses of your participating delegates. Others are welcome to participate as general conferees.

The PSWC constitution states:

A church plant within the PSWC that is not yet a member congregation may send two advisors to the Annual Meeting. Advisors have “voice but not vote” at the Annual Meeting.

After selecting advisors:

(1) Please ask advisory delegates to register for Celebration and arrange their travel and lodging. (Registration is now open at pswcevents.org.)

(2) Please complete this form to authorize advisory delegates. All names of persons representing your congregation must be listed. Our Conference staff hopes to receive church forms by April 9, but is glad to receive them later if helpful.
