Authorizing Advisory Delegates to the PSWC Annual Meeting

Dear Church Plants,
The 2024 Pacific Southwest Conference annual Celebration will be hosted by Bayside in Roseville, CA, on April 25 - 27.
The “Church Gathering” will be Friday 2:05 pm – Saturday 1 pm. On Friday afternoon, all guests will have opportunity to participate in equipping seminars, followed by evening worship with ECC President, Tammy Swanson Draheim, preaching. On Saturday morning, registered church delegates and advisors will participate in the 121st PSWC Annual Meeting. I encourage you to select advisory delegates who will participate in this important time as an expression of our partnership in the gospel.
The Annual Meeting is the highest constituted authority for the conference, its member churches and its institutions. Decisions made at this gathering give direction and momentum to our common ministry.
The PSWC constitution states:
A church plant within the PSWC that is not yet a member congregation may send two advisory delegates to the Annual Meeting. Advisors have “voice but not vote” at the Annual Meeting.
After selecting advisory delegates:
(1) Please ask advisors to register for Celebration and arrange their travel and lodging. (Registration is now open at pswcevents.org)
(2) Please complete this form to authorize advisors. All names of advisors representing your congregation must be listed. Ordained and licensed pastors are not automatic delegates; they should also be listed, if serving as advisors from your church.
